1.Solvents for paints and inks, pharmaceutical extractants, spices; In industry, N-Propyl Acetate is used as azeotrope for acetic acid recovery.
2.It has excellent solubility in a variety of synthetic resins and is an effective solvent for many synthetic resins, such as ethyl cellulose, nitrocellulose, styrene, methacrylate resin, etc.
3. It is commonly used in organic synthesis, as a solvent for coatings, printing inks, etc., and also as a dehydrating agent commonly used in industry; N-Propyl Acetate is a mild and fast drying agent, which is used in elastic printing ink and gravure printing ink, especially in olefin reduction and polyamide film printing.
4.It is also used as a solvent for nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber and thermally reactive phenolic plastics.
