2. Chemical properties
Diethylene glycol methyl ether can react with monobasic acids, dibasic acids and the like to form ester compounds under certain conditions. It has good chemical stability and is not easily oxidized or hydrolyzed. However, it also has a self-oxidation reaction induced by oxygen, so it is necessary to prevent oxidation during long-term storage.

1. Solvent
Diethylene glycol methyl ether has good solubility and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and other industries. In pharmaceutical manufacturing, diethylene glycol methyl ether can be used as a drug solvent, injection, etc.; in cosmetics, it is used as a component of lotion, facial mask and other formulations.

3. Resin

4. Coatings
