Preparation method
Generally prepared by the reaction of phenylhydrazine with hydrochloric acid. Phenylhydrazine is usually prepared by diazotization and reduction of aniline, and then the obtained phenylhydrazine is neutralized with hydrochloric acid to obtain phenylhydrazine hydrochloride.
Use
Medical field: It is an important intermediate for the synthesis of various drugs. It can be used to synthesize anti-tuberculosis drugs such as isoniazid, and can also be used to identify sugars in pharmaceutical chemical analysis.
